Heaven & Connacht provides unique personalised tours and experiences for individuals and couples in a part of Ireland that has made an enormous contribution to Irish and European culture.  Bespoke tours are guided by your specific interests and can be adapted as ideas emerge and weather changes. To enhance your experience there are opportunities to develop your skills in photography, learn more about relaxation and meditation and join an Ethiopian / Eritrean  Supper Club.  To mark your visit you can plant a tree to safeguard the environment and remember someone dear to you.

Personalised tours and experiences are organised for individuals and couples.  Larger groups can be organised if required.  Specific experiences relating to photography,  food,  and meditation are organised subject to availability.  A tree can be planted to enhance the environment and to mark your visit or remember someone dear to you.  Support services can be organised for visitors who want to live part-time in the area.

GETTING HERE

You can travel from Dublin to Boyle by TRAIN or BUS and you can also take a bus from a number of other locations to Sligo. There are flights into Connacht’s Ireland West AIRPORT from a number of UK and mainland European locations. You can be picked up at  Boyle or Sligo or from the airport. If travelling by boat from the river Shannon up the BOYLE RIVER you can berth at Knockvicar, Loch Cé or at Boyle Harbour. Although Boyle has been described as ‘Ireland’s UFO capital’, we currently do not cater for travellers from other planets.

Everyone aged 66 and over living permanently in Ireland is entitled to travel free of charge on public transport.
